I had a quick whizz around Topshop on Christmas eve eve to see what was new in. I have been so excited to see some new bits come into Topshop as things have felt a bit stagnant since Black Friday. Admittedly my local Topshop isn’t the greatest in terms of variety, but what I can always rely on my Topshop for is a good selection of jeans. If I shop in Topshop for just one thing it will always be for their jeans.
Oddly enough, I was really impressed with Topshop’s range of sparkly socks for sandals too – they had such a good selection. If you follow me on Instagram I am sure you will know that I am a massive socks with sandals fan and Topshop had loads. I think their huge collection could be a sign that socks with sandals is about to become that bit more mainstream!
My guilty pleasure when it comes to shopping in Topshop has to be their small bags. I say guilty because they aren’t real leather and I pride myself on being the owner and purveyor of premium and luxury leather goods. However, when I want a bag that’s just a bit of fun, that makes one of my more classic looks have a slightly more playful or trend led edge, then Topshop will always be my go-to. I particularly loved the green boxy bag I showed towards the end of the video, it totally reminded me of bags by Little Liffner, a designer that has caught my attention this season.
I can completely understand that many of you will still be shopping your New Year’s Eve outfits, but would you believe I have already found and purchased mine?! I am just waiting for it to arrive! So with my New Year’s Eve outfit already bagged, I am fully on the look out for clothes that I want to wear in 2020, new pieces to update many of the much loved pieces I already own.
I hope you find some inspo Ladies. I have tried to include all the items from the video below. Enjoy x
