    Marks and Spencer Shoes

Could it be that Spring is finally upon us? The mornings are bright, the sun is shining and the last shoe I am reaching for is a pair of boots. If it’s not raining, you will find me on the nursery run and tottering around the supermarket, post office, wherever, in my transitional season shoes. I wanted to create a Transitional Season Shoe Edit dedicated to Marks and Spencer because they just have so many good pairs. I mean, so much so I was even a little overwhelmed when I was in Marks and Spencer yesterday. There so many different colours and variations of even single ballet pump; square toe, almond toe, pointed toe, two toned black and cream or cream and white, in suede, leather or natural – you see what I mean?! The choices are endless and albeit overwhelming, there is definitely something for everyone.

    Marks and Spencer Ballet Pumps

After having Allegra I shopped A LOT in Marks and Spencer, not so much for their shoes, but their dresses. Now being a self proclaimed denim lover, I haven’t found myself shopping at M&S so much, but what I have always loved about Marks and Spencer and what I can always trust is its uncompromising quality, at no matter which price bracket you shop at. Admittedly, a Marks and Spencer shoe might not have all the bells and whistles a Topshop shoe might, but let’s be honest, if you’re shopping in M&S, it’s for the classics, the pieces that you’re going to wear loads because they are minimal and work easily in your wardrobe and that’s what Marks and Spencer do so well.

    Marks and Spencer Chanel dupes

I am loving the classics right now, a well made flat or mid-heel shoe is my go to for this time of year. The gorgeous Chanel inspired two tone are a classic that keep coming back to Marks and Spencer and a pair I am thinking I may have to invest in. I have been holding out for a pair from Chanel, but let’s just be real, that is NOT happening anytime soon and I love the colour combo so much I feel like my wardrobe can no longer wait! Square toe ballet pumps are a thing for the season and I think a really nice update to the typical round to ballet pump that reminds me so much of my prime! I wasn’t much of a ballet pump wearer if I am honest with you, but the square toe just sharpens up the whole look and is totally a style I can see myself getting down with.

There are so many good shoes to choose from Ladies, I just wanted to share my absolute favourite transitional Marks and Spencer shoes that I would consider adding to my own transitional shoe collection, but there are plenty more on the site to choose from. Happy Shopping x
