I have always loved buying Christmas presents for my family. I actually find buying gifts, particularly Christmas gifts, to be a creative exercise and something of a self expression. As you can probably tell, I thoroughly enjoy it. For me, the art of giving is to show someone that you know them well enough to buy them something that you know they need, that they’ll love and never knew they needed or something that simply enhances their lives and brings great joy. The gifts I appreciate being given are small luxuries that I might not prioritise as a purchase for myself and that’s how I approach my Christmas gifting. I have definitely created this guide from a female angle, but many of the gifts are perfect household gifts too. I hope it inspires your Christmas shopping. x
